XL4016E1 CC CV module xl4016 power supply. Constant voltage constant current module based on the XL4016 constant current constant voltage power supply module imitating the XL4015 buck module on the market, using finished voltage meter instead of easily damaged integrated voltage meter.

Assembled from some parts, so the choice between SMD and PTH is very unreasonable.
The WXD potentiometer used is very bad, 5 out of 3 are broken, and the size is large, unfortunately, a smaller and more reliable multi-turn potentiometer cannot be found.
The voltmeter used is a 0.28-inch three-wire DC meter head, it is recommended to choose a decimal point movable, which can improve the display accuracy when the voltage and current are low.

Adding a power switch allows for complete power disconnection when needed.

It can be found that the SW foot Snubber composed of R8 and C13 is not soldered, this is because the SW waveform is already perfect, without overshoot and undershoot; while the absorbing circuit composed of R4 and C11 has been replaced by TVS, readers can determine which circuits to install based on the actual input voltage and cable length. After installation, please adjust the potentiometer on the back side to make the voltage meter display consistent with standard instruments (such as multimeters).
