This design plan aims to support 192K 24bit digital audio. After thinking about it, the author used the AK4490 DAC chip. Once a legendary generation, the parameters were outrageous back in the day. This thing supports PCM 768kHz, DSD256, can you handle it?

The digital audio transceiver will use the same AK4118, perfectly supporting 192K 24bit audio sources.

This design reserves a Bluetooth module, also suitable for qcc3034. The i2s switch uses SN74HC157DR. The low-pass LPF section uses a very ordinary TI NE5532 operational amplifier, with single power supply mainly for convenience.

Most of the capacitors in this design are ordinary aluminum electrolytic, only the output capacitors use Elna audio non-polar capacitors.

The operational amplifier power supply part uses two Elna aluminum electrolytes. In addition, the author has to complain about Chengxing capacitors, the silkscreen on the surface comes off with a wipe of the board cleaning solution, so annoying…

For an audio decoder, the power supply of the small signal operational amplifier LPF is very, very critical, the noise must be minimal, in this design, a capacitor multiplier is added to the operational amplifier power supply.

Debugging testing The circuit is relatively simple, just configure it according to the manual. The LPF section can refer to the official manual. The testing video uses the SPDIF signal output from the Jian Wu CD player optical port, and the amplifier is the previously open-source tpa3126. With the volume at maximum, placing the ear close to the speaker, you can hardly hear any background noise.
